Cath Laporte is a creative director, artist, farmer and facilitator of immersive experiences. For her, revolution begins within. Her "Path of You" coaching offers Stuart Brown's profound observation, recognizing that playfulness is a fundamental force shaping the brain. Guided by this understanding, our core principle takes root through active engagement in movement, music and drawing. This coaching will immerse you in these expressive forms, intentionally shedding some of your burdens and entering a space of rejuvenation. In this transformative process, you'll discover the creative tools and perspectives needed to effectively address the challenges ahead. No creative experience is required for this coaching, come as you are! *Please note that the labs and coachings are participative activities in small groups, and will take place several times a day between 9.30am and 5pm.
