With over 20 years of experience in the industry, Xanthe is currently VP, Global Creative for Pinterest running the internal House of Creative team under CMO Andréa Mallard. Since arriving at Pinterest in late 2022, Xanthe has been driving the brand's creative transformation, delivering a major step change in creative quality and ROI, beating all previous benchmarks for campaigns and events while executing almost all work in-house.
Prior to going into tech, she spent many years on the ad agency side at TBWA\Chiat Day, Ground Zero, Project Worldwide’s Pitch and TBWA\MAL, all in Los Angeles. She also spent 5 years as Google’s Global Executive Creative Director for Devices & Services running 5 categories across 8 global markets for Google Pixel, Google Nest, Stadia, Google Fi and Google One.
International awards include: Cannes Grand Prix, D&AD Black Pencil, Brand Side Agency of the Year in both the One Show and Art Directors Club, Best of Discipline, Gold Pencils, ADC Gold Cubes and the CMO Pencil and Brand of the Year for Google at One Show. She's been recognized as an Ad Age "Woman to Watch” and by Business Insider as one of "30 Most Creative Women in Advertising.
