Michael Ventura is an accomplished entrepreneur and author. He's advised organizations from the American Civil Liberties Union, Goldman Sachs, Google, Nike, The United Nations, and the Obama Administration. Michael serves as faculty at the Esalen Institute and shares his work on emotionally intelligent leadership at The University of Michigan, Princeton University, and the US Military Academy at West Point. His book, Applied Empathy, teaches the practice of empathy for individuals and teams. He is often engaged as an advisor to leaders and boards at moments of transformation and change.
