In the midst of C2’s vibrant energy, this lab offers a space to recharge the mind and regulate the nervous system. Blending sound-based practices with breathwork, the session draws on research linking sound frequencies and rhythmic breathing to shifts in brainwave states, reduced stress, and enhanced emotional regulation.
In this 45-minute guided experience, participants engage with instruments known to activate the parasympathetic nervous system and support somatic release. Paired with conscious breathing, the immersion facilitates a shift from mental overdrive to embodied presence—offering space to reset, refocus, and return to the conference grounded and refreshed.
